By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

Any unauthorized use of content or other elements contained on this site will violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. In case of violation of these terms, the company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of city, state and federal courts sitting in the State of Florida and County of Pinellas for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.

- Passwords may never be shared
- An individual or company may not post a resume as a means to solicit business.
- fillthatjob.com reserves the right to remove any posted resume at any time without obligation to provide a reason.
- fillthatjob.com reserves the right to cancel or remove any advertising it seems inappropriate or offensive without obligation to provide a reason.
- fillthatjob.com reserves the right to make changes to the site and or services offered without obligation to provide notice. Material alterations will be listed in the “Terms and Conditions”.
- Job postings are singular and each posting must refer to only one position. Multiple positions are to be considered as multiple postings.
- No individual or entity may use any tool or device that enables the gathering of information including but not limited to resumes and job postings from our site for any reason.
Additional Provisions for Space Advertisers
- Creative materials must be provided to fillthatjob.com at least 72 hours prior to the posting date.
- All materials must be submitted in the format outlined in the Advertising Information Documents provided in our media kit.
- Advertiser warrants that he/she has the full legal right to utilize any and all content, graphics etc provided to fillthatjob.com and agrees to hold fillthatjob.com, its owners, officers and affiliates harmless against any claims arising from such use including but not limited to copyright infringement.
- The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless fillthatjob.com, its owners, officers and affiliates in regard to all claims, costs, damages, expenses including legal fees, as a result of legal action or the threat of legal action resulting from the publication of any material provided by advertiser or by the advertisers use of information obtained from job searchers or resumes obtained from fillthatjob.com
- fillthatjob.com reserves the right to deny the posting of any advertisement containing any content it deems inappropriate, obscene or offensive.
- fillthatjob.com does not guarantee the number of hits any advertisement will experience.
- fillthatjob.com is not responsible for the effectiveness of any advertising campaign and therefore does not guarantee the results of any campaign.
- fillthatjob.com is not responsible for the loss of any advertising materials provided to us.
- fillthatjob.com assumes no liability for mistakes made in materials provided by the client/advertiser or its agency.
- fillthatjob.com’s entire liability as regards to any misprint or error it may make in the posting of advertising is limited solely to the amount paid by the client/advertiser or its agency for that particular advertisement. fillthatjob.com reserves the right to re-run the advertising, rather than provide a refund, at its sole discretion in order to compensate for any error made in posting advertising by fillthatjob.com.
Refund policy
All job postings and job posting agreements are non-refundable. In the event that our site is down for a length of time exceeding 4 hours all posted jobs will be granted an extended posting equal to the lost time. This is the full extent of fillthatjob.com’s liability. fillthatjob.com reserves the right to remove any job posting it deems inappropriate without refund.
Paid job seeker services, including but not limited to resume distribution or representation are non-refundable. Paid assessments are non-refundable regardless of whether the purchaser starts or completes the assessment. Job seekers that sign up for resume distribution online may cancel at any time and the cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the following month. The fees for the current month are non-refundable.
fillthatjob.com charges advertising clients for space rental only. Advertising results are in no way guaranteed. Provided the advertising has been posted on our site for the defined time period or number of views designated in the advertising agreement, the client is liable for full payment. Advertising is not in any way refundable once it has begun running or within 72 hours of its intended campaign start. Written notice provided via email prior to 72 hours before the start of any online campaign will result in a refund.
